1. Who we are

This website, happytoonsstudio.com, and the Happy Toons Studio games, cartoons and services are provided by Ayub Azizi, trading as Happy Toons Studio, based in the UK ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@happytoonsstudio.com.

2. Using this website and our games

• You may browse this site, watch our videos and play our free browser games for personal, non-commercial use.
• Please don't misuse the site: no hacking, overloading, scraping in bulk, or trying to get around security, and no using our content to mislead people.
• Our free games are provided "as is". We try hard to keep them working and safe, but we can't promise they will always be available or free of bugs. Some games include cartoon combat. Check the age note on each game.

3. Ownership & intellectual property

All content, games, characters, logos, videos and the Happy Toons Studio brand are owned by Ayub Azizi, trading as Happy Toons Studio. They may not be copied, resold or re-uploaded without written permission. Fonts and open-source code are used under their own licences, included with the files.

4. AI-assisted work

Our cartoons, games and services are made with AI-assisted tools (for example for images, video, voice, text and code) and reviewed by a human. We tell you which parts of a project are AI-assisted. We use original characters only, no copyrighted characters, and no real people's voices without permission. Results can vary, and we are happy to fix mistakes within the revisions agreed for your order.

5. How ordering works (draft, awaiting owner review)

• 18+ only. Purchases are for parents and adults. You must be 18 or over to buy.
• Agree first. Email us or use the Buy button. We confirm what you need, the price and the delivery time in writing before you pay.
• Digital delivery. Finished work is delivered digitally by email (a file or download link). Nothing is posted.
• Revisions. Each order includes the revisions we agree in writing, so we can fix mistakes and small changes.
• Refunds. You can cancel for a full refund before work starts. Once work has started, if we can't deliver what we agreed, we will fix it or offer a fair partial or full refund.
• Your legal rights. If you are a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel an order for a service. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days and then cancel, we may charge for the work already done. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
• Using your cartoon. Custom cartoons may be shared with family and friends and on your own social accounts. Please don't sell them or use them in adverts without asking us first.

6. Orders through Fiverr

Orders placed on Fiverr follow Fiverr's Terms of Service, including payment, delivery and refunds.

7. Other websites

We link to sites such as YouTube, TikTok, itch.io, Reddit and Fiverr. They have their own terms, privacy policies and age rules (most are 13+). We are not responsible for their content.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses when the site is used for personal purposes. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Privacy

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
